Private Samuel Parkes (4th Queen's Own Light Dragoons)

The 4th Light Dragoons went to the Crimean War in 1854. Lord George Paget led it into the Charge of the Light Brigade at Balaklava where Pte Samuel Parkes won the Victoria Cross.
