Ralph served in the 3rd King’s Own Hussars from 1948-59.
He passed away on 30 August 1994.
Ralph joined as a band boy, and soon became a popular member of the Regimental Band. Ralph had a quiet nature, was a good friend of one and all, was immaculate in appearance, and meticulous in everything.
He was a fine oboe player and an all-around sportsman who excelled at hockey.
