SQMS Wareham died on the 2nd of June 1958.
Record of Service: Served with the 20th Hussars in Palestine, from 1915 to 1920. Later joined the 3rd Hussars in Turkey in 1921 and served with the Regiment in Egypt, from 1923 to 1927, India from 1927 to 1932, and at York and Tidworth.
He left the Regiment holding the appointment of S.Q.M.S to work as a clerical assistant to the Records Office, Canterbury. Later he settled in York. He rose to the rank of Executive Officer in the Civil Service at the Infantry Records Office, York.
