It is our expectation that this category showcases a collection of articles balanced between our founder regiments and between the centuries.
The 3rd King’s Own Hussars were the first cavalry regiment mechanised under the big three year plan announced by the War Office.
With the build up to D-Day 80 we must also remember that the 3rd, 4th and 7th Hussars were all fighting in the so called soft underbelly of Italy in 1944.
